Very clean and comfortable. Easy access in and out and lots of good restaurants near by. Staff was friendly and helpful shout out to Tom and Brenda.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Deerwood Park in Jacksonville, FL and had a great overall experience. Brenda was amazing during check-in—super sweet, welcoming, and very prompt in getting everything set up. She really made the arrival smooth and pleasant. Orley was just as impressive during check-out. He was very professional, courteous, and made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Great customer service from both of them. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the property itself is very well maintained. You can tell the staff takes pride in keeping the hotel looking nice. My only complaint would be the pool and jacuzzi area. Both were noticeably dirty, and the jacuzzi unfortunately didn’t have hot water during my stay. Aside from that issue, everything else about the stay was excellent. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely consider staying here again.
My husband and I stayed here because we were having eye surgery. Upon check in we were met with a smile and friendly service and our room was very clean. The next morning (surgery day) we enjoyed a full service breakfast with the most friendliest waitress. The next morning we decided to extend our stay another day. I went down to the front desk and asked to extend a day and explained why. I believe her name was Alexis, was so friendly and when I told her our situation she made absolutely sure that we were good and that our accommodations met our needs. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the Jacksonville area.
Lex was great and always had a smile on her face when I seen her. I think Brenda is kind of new because she needed a lot of assistance. Breakfast was pretty basic. Lex is great to have at the desk.

Just stayed here a week ago with some family and had a great time. Staff was very helpful and the receptionist Lex checked us in quickly and efficiently and made sure we had everything we needed! Will be staying again!
